The sales people including the manager was very nice( who are generalY the bad guy) .It didn't take too long to agree on a price.He knew what he had to do and so did I.The whole experience was the way it should be , busines but firm.Surely well recomended company. i called on saturday evening at 5 and asked how late they were open, the rep said 6, i said ok we will come another time, dwayne said no come here, ill wait. he greeted us promptly and with enthusiasm! we told him what we wanted, he found it, at another dealership, but he took us on a test drive with the one on site that was the same. we got down to the paperwork and got the terms we wanted signed papers and left happy! everything was fast and easy and we were comfortable, now we are just waiting to pick up our brand new 2013 TERRAIN today!!
